The Service allows you to post content (including images, text, and comments) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Content rules (no exceptions)

• No illegal content or instructions for wrongdoing.
• No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation.
• No posting personal information of others without permission (doxxing).
• No copyright infringement (post only content you own or have rights to use).

4. Reporting and Moderation

We may remove content, restrict visibility, or take other actions if we believe content violates these Terms or is harmful. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and design are owned by RemodelReveal and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., social sign-in). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Home improvement content is informational and may be dangerous if applied incorrectly. Use good judgment and consult professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemodelReveal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when changes were last made.
